The galaxy map shows all star systems connected by starlanes. Click a star to select it and view its planets, fleets, and details in the Star Panel.
Starlanes
Fleets can only travel between stars connected by starlanes. The number of turns required depends on the distance and your fleet's speed technologies.
Exploration
Unvisited star systems appear dimmed on the map. Send a fleet to a system to reveal its planets and any anomalies. Surveying a system with a science vessel provides additional bonuses.
